Iliad is a novel about war. A war between two opposing sides. The warriors is the one who fights in the war. Many warriors died because of war. Warrior became heroes to their land because of fighting for their own sake.Like in Iliad there are many warriors in the story like Achilles and Patroclos.
Patroclos is a noble comrade and a great warrior. He is the best friend of Achilles. Patroclos is a great warrior because he borrowed the armor of Achilles to defend the ships. Patroclos did that because he is concern and as a warrior he must defend and do his job. Patrolcos borrowed the armor of Achilles because if the Trojans see it the Trojans will be retreating. The Trojans retreat because of the bravery of Patroclos. The book also told that when the Trojan retreated they got trapped in the trenches. Patroclos attacked and kill all Trojan that he saw. Patroclos try to wound Sarpedon. Zeus decided to kill Patroclos for slaying Sarpedon. Hector is the one who killed Patroclos.
Even Patroclos died he is sill a great warrior. A warrior must fight even if he must die. Patroclos showed that character in book sixteen of Iliad. Even he is wounded he still fights until his lat breath. Patroclos is one example of a brave warrior.
